Refund Policy for Maisonsalouer.com

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Guests can cancel their reservations up to 7 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.

2. Early Check-Outs

  • Guests who decide to leave before their scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

3. No-Shows

  • If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Property Issues or Complaints

  • If the property does not meet the description or has significant issues, guests must report the problem within 24 hours of check-in.
  • We will work with the guest and property owner to resolve the issue. If no resolution is found, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the severity of the issue.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Service fees and cleaning fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an issue directly related to the property that cannot be resolved.

7. Modifications to Reservations

  • Guests may request to modify their reservation dates based on availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the rate difference.

8. Force Majeure

  • Refunds or credits may be issued in the event of natural disasters, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that make the property uninhabitable.
